Typography
- Archivo by Omnibus-Type. Licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Served self-hosted from our own domain; no requests are made to Google at runtime.
- JetBrains Mono by JetBrains. Licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Also self-hosted.
Imagery
- Brand mark. Teles Remodeling supplied the logo. The website uses a transparent, optimized version derived from that original artwork.
- Selected Work photography. Teles Remodeling supplied the project photographs shown on this site. Before publication, each selected image is re-encoded to remove EXIF and GPS metadata and reviewed for private information.
- Photography policy. Project photographs published here depict Teles Remodeling’s work. The presence of any product in a photograph does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Software
- Built with Next.js, React, and TypeScript (MIT licenses), styled with Tailwind CSS (MIT).
- Motion: GSAP (standard “no charge” license for this use), loaded only when motion is allowed. No tracking or remote scripts are loaded for visual effects.
No third-party trackers
This site loads no advertising scripts, no social pixels, and no session-replay tools. Third-party requests are audited before launch and kept to the minimum required to operate the site.
